Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

• Return shipping cost is covered by the customer (unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part).

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at contacto@gocompanyus.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for our return instructions and approval before sending the item.

We do not accept returns on used personal care products for hygiene reasons.
